Prepare with Confidence
If you booked a simulation or training, you’ll receive custom guidance from your assigned examiner or instructor. Before your exam or training session, we’ll share:
- Step-by-step instructions
- Zoom and platform access links
- Preparation tips to help you perform your best
Step 4
Take the Test (Fully Online)
On the scheduled day you will join a Zoom call and use our dedicated testing platform. The ICAO test consists of:
Semi-Direct Section (20–25 minutes):
Includes image descriptions, radio phraseology, and scenario responses.
Live Interview (10–15 minutes):
A 1-on-1 session with our examiner, discussing your aviation background and communication skills.
